No Refunds for Activated or Used Keys

Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once a key has been delivered, activated, or used.

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The product key is invalid or not working.

  • The product you received is different from what was advertised.

  • The key has not been redeemed and you report the issue within 7 days of purchase.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number

  • A screenshot of the issue

  • A brief explanation of the problem

Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and let you know if a refund or replacement can be issued.

Important Notes

  • We are not responsible for incorrect region selection or platform mismatch (e.g., buying a Steam key for a PSN account).

  • Refunds will not be issued for change of mind or buyer error.

  • Refunds are only processed using the original payment method.
